"Building Futures, One Trade at a Time"

The Trade Exploration & Workforce Readiness Program equips students with the skills and experience needed for high-demand, well-paying trade careers while addressing workforce shortages in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Through hands-on learning, industry exposure, and direct career pathways, the program creates long-term economic opportunities for students and strengthens local industries.

In partnership with Dallas ISD’s Career and Technical Education Department and Career Institutes, we will engage and expose students to various trade careers. Monthly job shadowing, weekly industry-led "Trade Wednesdays," and mentorship opportunities will provide students with real-world experience, ensuring they are workforce-ready upon graduation.
