STEM Expo (WI Volunteer)

All Dallas ISD STEM EXPO Exhibitors must receive clearance through the district’s approved criminal background check system as a Dallas ISD employee, Dallas ISD approved vendor, or as a volunteer through the Voly Volunteer System. 

All exhibitors participating in the 2023 Dallas ISD STEM EXPO, without a Dallas ISD employee or vendor badge, will need to (1) submit a Voly application, (2) complete orientation, and (3) select the “2023 Dallas ISD STEM EXPO Exhibitors Only” volunteer opportunity by Tuesday, January 27, 2023, by 5 p.m to receive approval as Dallas ISD STEM EXPO Exhibitor.

Step 1: Create a volunteer account (https://dallasisd.voly.org) 

Step 2: Complete the Application (please select the “STEM Department” as your selected school, department, and volunteer activity) 

Step 3: Complete and sign off on the orientation section (THIS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE SELECTING THE “2023 STEM EXPO” as your volunteer opportunity)

 ** Once approved, you will receive a clearance notification (an email with your background status) 

Step 4: Select the “2023 Dallas ISD STEM EXPO Exhibitors Only” as your opportunity • Click on “Causes” (located at the top) • Click STEM • Locate the “2023 Dallas ISD STEM EXPO Exhibitors Only” • Click “I Want To Help” • Click “Sign Up” • Submit
