We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to advance in their chosen career. Both founders, Dr. Varion and Dr. Darion Walton, are passionate advocates for career advancement and the power of exposure and access in shaping professional success.

Research shows that many individuals do not advance into the careers they aspire to, not because opportunities aren’t available, but because of limited exposure and financial constraints. Costs associated with certification exams, fingerprinting, background checks, and other prerequisites can create unnecessary barriers for those pursuing Career and Technical Education (CTE) paths.

This grant is designed to remove those barriers, providing financial support to help individuals complete the requirements necessary to move into careers they are passionate about. By bridging the gap between aspiration and opportunity, we aim to empower applicants to take the next step in their professional journey while positively impacting their communities.
